How I can help you

Business support for people with creative minds

I’m Nina Lenton and I provide coaching and project management services for self-employed people with creative minds and a lot of ideas. This includes founders and freelancers with ADHD and AuDHD.

I help you to:

  • Manage your week – reducing the overwhelm so you can take action on your priorities
  • Make your ideas happen – whether these are new services for your business, or new marketing channels
  • Do more of the work you enjoy – working with clients you love and on projects you’re excited about
  • Find time for your creative ideas – including them in your business or your week.

Which of those feels like the priority right now?

We’ll start wherever you are – whether you need to step back and figure out what you want, sort through a load of ideas to work out your priorities, or just get stuck into organising your week better so you feel like you’re making progress.
